  • Condition: Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
  • Exclusions: Certain items are non-returnable, including:

    • Sale or clearance items
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

How to Initiate a Return

  3. Ship the Item: Send the package to the return address provided in our email response. Remember to obtain proof of postage.

Refunds

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 days.
  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
